Parking lot was well lit and area seems safe. I could see people with pets even though it said no pets in the booking. Not sure if it was room dependent. Room was decent enough however it leaked when it rained hard over night. And the beds were very hard. In a pinch id stay again since everything was close by if i needed anything.

The good: Comfortable king-size bed; room included a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, and there was a good variety of items in the breakfast area. The bad: The premises were not well maintained; the only elevator broke down during our stay, therefore, we had to take the exterior stairs to get to and from our room on the 3rd floor; and nobody was at the front desk when we went to check out.

Mattress was decent and the bed clean. Room was pretty clean too. But attention to detail wasn’t there. Cracked window, broken louvers on the AC unit, something was surly missing from the wall in the bathroom as the exposed screws were still there. The hallway was a sauna, but room was ok.These things don’t really matter all that much, but they certainly don’t allow for a 4 - 5 star rating. I guess this is becoming average.. :-/ Lots of choices of places to eat close by..

Good for a short stopover

Got the last room with two beds, had to change the next day cause the floor was soaked. Staff was helpful and tried to accommodate our needs. Good place for a quick weekend stopover in Dayton. Breakfast is poor though, don’t expect much and ends already at 9.

Didn’t like much. Location is good. Carpet was dirty, old food still in refrigerator from someone else, window was broken, highway noise was really loud and renters below were up slamming the door most of the night, probably selling drugs

A family came in our door about an hour after we got there. They had a key card that opened our door, and said that our room number was their room. I used to be a maintenance person at a casino/hotel. This facility needs a good amount of work We went down for breakfast. There was not even 1 cup of coffee. There was 1 cup of yogurt and a couple apples. The trash was overflowing. I would not go there again. The beds were comfortable. The shower dripped constantly. There were only 2 towels. There were 4 of us. When we went down to get more, the desk clerk said we had to bring the towels back down when we were done with them. I did not do that.

Upon arrival (2am) I was charged a $25 fee for arriving late based on when I made my reservation. I tried to get a rational explanation for this from the desk clerk, but he couldn't explain it to my satisfaction, it was late, and I was tired so I let it ride on top of the exorbitant rack rate. (Big demand for Dayton Hamvention) Other than that, the property was safe, clean, comfy. Had some people hanging out and talking outside. Parking for large trucks was not great, but I would have had a better selection had I arrived earlier.
