"booked this hotel from September 1 to September 5. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at approximately 12:05 AM on September 2. I had contacted the hotel in advance to explain that my flight was delayed and that I might arrive late, but they completely ignored my message.
When I arrived, there was no reception and no staff available whatsoever—only an automatic check-in machine. The machine informed me that I could only check in after 3:00 PM on September 2.
