" I phoned to say I’d be arriving late. It was a very windy, snowy night and the only parking was far away from the door. I parked. Got to the front entrance and my one bag would stay fixed in the To I’d the other. The Velcro was cold and wet and not sticking. I was trying to open the entrance door and my bag would fall. The lady at the front desk just sat there. No hello or support at all. Then I was given a room on first floor. I was a little out of sorts but as a single woman I was scared to be on the floor, then I was also in the construction zone. They called Sunday morning to see if I wanted to change and I had to get going so I said it was ok. Then, Monday, I walked up to drilling and renovation noise. I’ve been to your hotel about 3 times and been very comfortable. This time, not happy with the customer service and care. It would have been nice for the lady to help but coming to get the door. I kept pushing it the wrong way and was very flustered and cold and winded out. Oh well. "

"We have stayed at the Hotel Clique Airport a few times, and we love it. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always clean, and we had delicious pancakes for breakfast. The Tonic Kitchen Bar is a great place to hang out and have an awesome bite to eat. The staff is always so friendly. We will be staying there again. Sharon and Bob"

"Excellent location and pleasant atmosphere, it's right next to a tram stop so we could get where we needed very easily. One thing I highly appreciated was the infused water dispenser in the lobby, so I had access to fresh water daily."
