The service is what made this stay amazing. Don’t be put off by the somewhat tired communal areas. The pools are super clean and beautiful, the rooms are lovely and clean and well maintained, the food was fantastic. The spa is fantastic and worth every penny. What really stood out was the amazing staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had a 10/10 stay, shout out to Cam and Loan who couldn’t have done a better job. We had an amazing few days chilling, definitely recommend stopping here for a few days for a relaxing pit stop of your travels!

Tranquil stay in Phu Loc

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay after a few hectic days sightseeing and travelling around Hue. Stunning hillside villa with private pool and lovely views. The staff is incredible and warm. The property is breathtaking and my villa was like nothing I could ever afford to stay in before. Food and cocktails were delicious and my massage in the spa was amazing. I can’t say enough about this place if you want some time away from the city. Amazing!

This is an exceptionally gorgeous property that is well kept with absolutely fantastic staff. We were taken care of by Miss Kristy, who went above and beyond for us, and we can’t thank her enough because she made our stay. Absolutely perfect! I would score 200/100 if I could! The general manager Christy help me with everything on planning and make sure my trip with my bf will be as comfortable as possible. The view of the hotel is calm and peaceful , you will need a car to travel nearby but you can also ask for pick up like we did. The hotel got planty of tour to offer. Love the infiniy pool and starry sky, will definitely be back. highly recommended to you all.

Completely not a 5-star resort

We stayed at Water Pool Villa for two nights, I don’t think this is a five-star resort. Don’t stay if you scared of insects, insects are everywhere, they fly to your food, your bed, your pool, your mouth. The facilities are just okay, kind of tiring. The kids club is quite terrible, no AC even it’s in 35 Degree Celsius. Spa is okay, not impressive. The buggy service definitely made the worst experience and ruined our day on our departure. It came too late leaving us no time for the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. The staff managed to send us takeaway breakfast boxes, however, they taste awful.

敷地内は広い上に人は少なく、かなりリラックスして過ごせました！ 開放的なプールも2つもあり、ほぼ貸切状態で最高のロケーションを楽しめます。 その他、スパ、朝ヨガ、カヤック、ジムなどインクルーシブされており快適です。 ホテルの周囲には何もないですが、フエまでの無料バスがあります。 朝食のフォーが美味しい。 最終日はフライトの時間が夜だったところ、レイトチェックアウトに快く応じてくださり大変助かりました。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切でとてもよい旅になりました。ありがとうございました！

Staff were kind and friendly. Space in the 2 bed villa was incredible, not only did we have a private pool, we had a private badminton court! Only negatives are that could use a bit of a refresh as they are looking a little dated and the restaurant could do with having a bigger selection, maybe add some daily specials so it’s not always the same options for lunch and dinner

Absolutely amazing resprt and I would love to go back again. The only drawback is that it's too far from Da Nang in a Hue and the area seemed bit too remote. The cab service might take some time but the resort has their own travel agencies to arrange the cab but little bit more expensive than the regular options.

Die Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergänge waren dort traumhaft schön. Leider kann man in der Lagune nicht schwimmen gehen. Waren hauptsächlich in dem Hotel, weil wir uns von dort schöne Ausflüge in den Bach Ma Nationalpark erhofft haben. Wir haben mit dem Fahrer des Hotels einen Ausflug auf den Bach Ma Gipfel gemacht. Das waren fast 2 Mio VND für 2 Personen. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Es war einer der schönsten Ausflüge in unserem Vietnam Urlaub. Der Buddhistische Tempel ist eher langweilig gewesen. Sonst gab es in der Umgebung nicht viel zu machen, die Region ist ziemlich ausgestorben. Man kann aber rumfragen und das Personal kann einem immer weiterhelfen. Es ist aber fast immer günstiger, sich vor dem Hotel eins der Taxis zu schnappen, als mit dem Hoteltransfer zu fahren. Die Taxifahrer warten auch auf einen und nehmen einen wieder zurück. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Pool bekommen. Leider haben wir in einem der Bademäntel gleich am ersten Tag eine große Kakerlake gefunden. Das hat uns ziemlich erschrocken aber wir leben noch. :) Zu empfehlen ist auch die Sunset-Bar mit Pooltisch im Obergeschoss. Toll waren auch die im Preis mitinbegriffenen 30-minütigen Massagen am Tag. Die Fußmassage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant bietet nur Menü an, kein Buffet. Das Gym ist eher dürftig ausgestattet. Ein Latzug, Hanteln bis 20kg, aber keine Beinmaschine, kein Multi-Seilzug und keine Klimmzugstange. Haben von einem Eis zum Nachtisch leider eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen.

Great little area there with a few little restaurants but not very big. You will need a taxi to see anything other than the resort. The room was really nice. The people were great. Food was really good. Staff was great.
