Thanh Binh 1 City Hotel= 1/10 for customer service

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the old quarter, however Thanh Binh 1 City Hotel has very little to do with an actual hotel apart from the name. A guest house or homestay perhaps would have been more accurate. Simple requests for extra towels, toiletpaper or refill of the minibar either got no action from the staff or had to be repeatedly requested. In a 6 day stay at the Thanh Binh 1 City Hotel we did not once have trash removed from our rooms, our beds made, toiletpaper supplied or minibar refilled. On top of that one of our rooms (206) was incredibly noisy especially during the night, after making this known to the reception, they were immediately went 'ohhh yeah that room is very noisy because all the mechanical stuff like the airconditions, laundry machines are on the flat roof on top of the room'. Needless to say the hotel didnt try to remedy the noise issues nor did they offer a discount or additional services. On the day of our checkout we had a very late night train to catch and we asked about a possible 2 hour late checkout. With the hotel being only 40% booked and us having stayed at the place for almost a week we kind of considered it an almost standard procedure as a way of rewarding customers staying for longer. But no, the people in the reception had no liberty to grant a late checkout and were unable to get hold of any kind of managers or ownership to solve the issue. Thanh Binh 1 City Hotel = 1 out of 10 for customer service.

Location is good, but no bottle drink was provided need to walk for about 5 mins to another hotel for breakfast and the food is bad facilities for the bathroom is also bad, no hooks provided in the bathroom need to pay additional if you want to extend for late check out even the hotel is not fully booked

ใจกลางเมืองเก่า

ทุกครั้งที่มาฮอยอัน ก็จะเลือกที่นี่เป็นอันดับแรก เพราะคั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเก่า อาคารเป็นสิ่งปลุกสร้างเดิม มีการปรับแต่งห้องพักให้ดูดีขึ้น ทว่าอาจด้วยอากาศถ่ายเทน้อย ห้องจึงค่อนข้างอับ คราวนี้ได้ห้องพักที่มีมดเดินเป็นทิวแถว ทำให้รู้สึกรำคาญบ้าง ข้อด้อยอีกประการคือเนื่องจากเป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก มีน้อยห้อง ไม่มีพื้นที่รองรับผู้เข้าพักได้คราวละมาก ๆ อาหารเช้าจึงต้องเดินไปโรงแรมในเครืออีกสาขา ซึ่งไม่ไกล ใช้เวลาเดินไม่ถึง 5 นาที มื้อนี้มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย อร่อยและอิ่มพอพร้อมกระตุ้นการเดินชมเมืองมรดกโลกฮอยอันเป็นอย่างดี

Unico pregio dell' hotel è quello di essere comodo al centro. Non accettano carte di credito, stanza e bagno sporchi,infissi da cui entrano zanzare...ed in Vietnam non è il massimo, e dulcis in fundo, la colazione viene servita in un altro Hotel situato a 15 minuti da percorrere a piedi. È stata un'esperienza allucinante. Avrei speso sicuramente di più con un hotel "normale " .Daltronde le foto e le recensioni erano positive....quanto fasulle.

Good location but run down

Hotel is in a good location but the pictures are deceiving, it needs a lot of work. There is a large amount of mould, the shower floods the bathroom when it's used. No Dave provided in the room and house keeping doesn't always happen. We had a room that faced the street and it was very noisy.

立地は最高。でも2泊の滞在で2泊とも他の宿泊者の騒音で眠れず。2泊目はドアを開けて文句を言ったほどです。外出して夕方戻っても部屋は掃除されておらず…。確認するとクリーナーが掃除し忘れたとのこと。1点ならともかくあらゆる点で不満が残るホテルです。金額相応なのかもしれませんが…。

개미가 너무 많아요

하룻밤만 잤는데 저는 완전 최악이었어요. 기본적인 방구조나 화장실 침대 냉장고 등등은 괜찮은데 벌레가 너무 많아요 개미가 엄청나요!! 캐리어 열고 있으면 개미가 어느새 들어가 있고 바닥이나 책상위에 옷이나 책 놔두면 개미가 또 달려들어요 침대에도 개미가 있어서 저는 잠을 거의 못잤어요 자는 동안 개미가 팔에 기어다니고 아무리 잡아도 어디서 계속 나타나요 화장실에도 당연히 개미 있고 곱등이도 봤어요 직원은 친절하고 위치도 괜찮아요 다만 조식먹으러 갈때 다른 호텔 찾아가야돼요

ホイアン旧市街への入り口のホテル

ホテルは、小さいが旧市街の入り口にあり観光には非常に便利。しかし、朝食は歩いて5分ぐらいのところのチエーン店ホテルに毎回いかなければならず不便。部屋は、値段のわりにとても良く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 日中暑いので時々観光の合間に戻ってきて休憩を取りながら過ごしました。

Dirty cheap nice location

The location of this hotel is very good however it is a bit unclean, the staff are quite friendly. It is very noisy in the morning and the power went out maybe 3 or 4 times during my stay. To be fair the power went out in the entire block so it wasn't just the hotel. The shower goes from extremely hot to extremely cold constantly and the drain in the shower doesn't really work that well. Also don't be surprised to find a long black hair on your bathroom floor or a cockroach running around somewhere. Again, cheap cheap and nice location, really not the worst place I've ever seen just know what you might be getting into.

FUJA DO QUARTO AOS FUNDOS! AR CONDICIONADO RUIM!

Jamais aceite ficar no último quarto ao final do corredor, deveria ser um estoque e transformaram em quarto! As fotos na reserva eram claras, com janelas e boa circulação porém nos alocaram em um péssimo local, escuro e úmido! Quarto tinha cheiro forte e muito quente, o ar condicionado simplesmente parou de funcionar quando era 1 hora da madrugada e não tinha ninguém para auxiliar, pois o staff estava dormindo no chão da recepção e não acordava por nada!! Na manhã seguinte, ao reclamar, simplesmente ignoram o fato e ainda tiveram a capacidade de cobrar as garrafas de água! Insistiram em dizer que o ar funcionava, então que eles fiquem uma noite trancando em um quarto sem circulação, sem ar condicionado em um calor de 30 graus e sem a possibilidade de reclamar! O café da manhã é servido em outro local (deve ser do mesmo grupo), uns 8 minutos caminhando.

床單很癢 房間地板是溼的 晚上沒熱水 門是壞的，進出一定要很大力踢才打的開 所以很吵 早餐還要走五分鍾去附近飯店吃，重點不好吃，選擇性少 網路上照片是其他混合飯店的圖 優點就是在城內 完全不推薦這裡入住

siamo arrivati al mattino,non trovavano la nostra prenotazione,gli abbiamo mostrato la stampa della prenotazione che era pure pagata,allora dopo un pò di insistenza ,si sono organizzati,dopo 15 mn ci hanno trovato una camera carina,il punto forte dell'hotel è che è in centro,si fà tutto a piedi

great location but...

You get what you pay for with this hotel. little room, no window/areator in the bathroom, very basic accomodation. wifi didn't really work in our room on the 1st floor but was better in the lobby. breakfast only in thanh binh III hotel (5 minutes walking). night staff sleeping on the floor after 11pm...only great location.

호이안 구시가지와 가까워요

리모델링한지 얼마 안됐는지 굉장히 깔끔하고 지리적으로도 구시가지와도 가깝고 맛집들과도 멀지않아 좋은 곳이었어요. 단, 에어컨이 안 나오니까 선풍기를 가져다 틀어주시더라구요. ㅠㅠ그것만 빼면 다 좋았습니다. 앗!! 한가지. . 아침조식을 근처 체인 호텔에가서 먹어야하는점은 안좋아요. 예약할때 조식 포함하실지는 신중히 고려해보심이 좋을듯요. 그럼 즐거운 여행하세요.
