"Perfect spot for Edinburgh zoo, which is right on the doorstep. We had time for a morning swim before heading to the zoo for opening time. Pool was lovely and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was varied and restaurant was very pleasant."

"Terrible- Anyone that says otherwise could not of stayed at the same hotel. Terrible bar- dont go in there room no window! for the price that was insane. shower broken wadrobe broken plugs.....broken shower gel dispenser- empty iron- burnt my shirt staff at the front desk? lovely!"
