It was truly a pleasure to experience such a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. Had to complain about property conditions, molded walls, broken tiles, broken toilet, cracked walls, not well maintained at all. They changed out room but still, the tv worked but the image was like the 80’s, the AC didn’t work in the room and the one on the living room smelled like sewer and froze when we put down to 20C. Only one lamp in the room making the bedroom dark. Not well maintained.

Vou ser bem correto com a avaliação. Ficamos em um quarto família. O carpete do quarto tinha cheiro forte de mofo ou algo parecido. O sofá cama, terrível!!! Fazia barulho, dobrava durante a noite, acomodou muito mal minha filha de 16 anos. O corredor do hotel tinha cheiro de esgoto. O banheiro era grande, mas não tinha sequer um pendurador de roupa. O misturador ou esquenta demais a água ou gela… o ar condicionado demora para gelar, não há aletas para direcionar o vento. O guarda roupa é velho, ineficiente, o acesso é ruim. Saímos um dia antes de terminar nossa reserva, pagamos para ir embora de tão insatisfeitos que ficamos. Ninguém sequer perguntou pq estávamos saindo antes da reserva terminar. As fotos não condizem com a acomodação. O café é bom, tem boa variedade e qualidade. Eu queria que o quarto fosse tão bonito quanto o restaurante.

O hotel tem dois elevadores para hospedes, muito pequenos e mal cuidados, sempre tinha que esperar muito para vir vazio e poder entrar, tinha vezes que esperava 15 minutos. Ponto positivo - Os funcionários são muito prestativos, estão de parabéns. A localização é ótima, o café, muito bom, os aposentos são bem equipados. Ponto negativo - O quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos, houve um atraso de meia hora, e o chão não estava bem limpo. Também ao redor da piscina, havia itens deixados por hóspedes e não havia sido limpa de um dia para o outro. Ar-condicionado estava pingando no interior do quarto.

Hotel antigo, precisa de reforma. A piscina coberta estava fria. A cama e o sofá cama duros e desconfortáveis. O elevador é pequeno não suporta a quantidade de hóspedes e você não consegue usar. O espaço para o café da manhã não suporta a quantidade de hóspedes também, fila enorme pra pegar um simples café e os funcionários não dão conta da reposição. Pelo valor cobrado existem opções melhores.
