The only situation was that I hurt my foot on the shower because of missing pieces on the floor. When I complained at the reception and gave them the missing part the receptionist told that was a cleaner problem. But in my opinion it was a facility maintenance fault. And not was done after that.

Piscina com crianças gritando e jogando água para fora, sem condições. O estacionamento é terceirizado e muito caro pelo que oferece. Aliás, o acesso é difícil e por outro prédio. Fui de moto e cobraram $44,00, por uma diária oferecendo vaga ridícula, minúscula. Se pago o mesmo que um carro penso que tenho direito ao mesmo espaço. O checkin é demorado e como “consolo” é oferecido um drink, o que não resolve nem ameniza o desconforto. É café da manhã tem que ser tomado até as 7:30, porque depois é uma muvuca, espaço pequeno e superlotado. Aliás, na portaria tem um papel indicando o que convencionaram como “horário de pico”.
