Great location

Breakfasts are perfect and delicious, the front office has nice staff and pool, activities for adults and children play, massage chair and services for your convenience. Everything walk distance!!!

Curitiba and nice breakfast

Know this place more than 20 plus years, before be named Nacional inn, has been kept nice, cozy and well maintained… breakfast and staff are great. The walk side to amenities are a plus, in the grateful area of Santa Felicidade! Curitiba is still very nice to visit.

Place was ok hotel rooms could use some maintenance. Had peeling paint on walls. Door lock was temperamental to open. Air conditioner was noise and not working great. Breakfast was good and check in staff and security was good

Quarto impecável quanto à limpeza mas bastante avariado (partes de portas internas quebradas, pintura descascando, etc), cobertor e toalhas bem desgastados também. De resto, equipe de funcionários excelente (como sempre), ótimo café da manhã, localização espetacular. Nota abaixo do normal pelo alto valor cobrado pelo adicional de uma pessoa no quarto (achei bem desproporcional, cobraram quase o valor da minha diária para acomodar minha esposa por um dia num quarto que já tinha cama de casal, solteiro e sofá).

Cobra estacionamento de R$30,00 por dia. Café da manhã não compatível com o valor da diária, decaiu a qualidade após nova gestão assumir, pois antes era muito bom. Já me hospedei outras vezes neste hotel e gostava, agora não volto mais. Reservei com muita antecedência e pedi nas observações um quarto longe do elevador e o que aconteceu? Me colocaram do lado do elevador e não foi possível a troca, pois segundo eles estava lotado. Eu fiz a reserva em junho e usufrui em novembro, ou seja, daria tempo de reservar um quarto conforme minha observação. Enfim, não recomendo!

cobertores velhos e porta do banheiro quebrada

Não vale o que cobram. Ficamos no primeiro andar, o hotel não tem acústica nenhuma!!!! DAVA PARA OUVIR OS FUNCIONARIOS NO CORREDOR e tb pessoas no quarto 110 conversando. Estávamos em três PESSOAS e a porta do banheiro quebrada, não fechava. o suporte do sabonete tb quebrado, dentro do box. pisos soltos no chão do box. Os cobertores velhos e fedidos, nojentos... reclamamos todos os dias... cortina black out nao fechava e logo de madrugada ja entrava uma super claridade, a recepcao nao resoluveu nada, nos ofereceu um qarto inferior. NUNCA VI ISSO, ate que a camareira viu a situação e mandou um rapaz lá para arrumar a porta do banheiro. continuamos com os cobertores velhos, pq acho que e característica do hotel mesmo, ser velho. Meu filho de 12 anos, pianista pediu para tocar na recepção e o rapaz disse que não tinha achado a chave. chegou um casal e eles entregaram a chave e o rapaz nem sabia tocar direito. ou seja, preconceito pq era uma criança. enfim, não indico de jeito nenhum!
