Beautiful stay. Little extra treats delivered was a nice touch 💕 tippy barking dog was a little annoying one afternoon but bed was comfy and enjoyed Ottawa

We had to change room because the first one was not clean, in particular the dirty bathroom floor where we found bunch of hairs. I requested a changed floor, just in case... The corridor carpet outside the second0 room was covered with trash. Although this new room seemed ok, we would not trust it ...

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Ok location. It is a bit dated. The pool, gym and kids playroom is a great addition. The concierge in the morning was rude but the staff in the afternoon when we were able to finally check in was kind and friendly. Ok stay.
