"Elevators are in sore need of repair. They squeal, shake, glitch, and control panel is falling of in the one car. There were no carts available in the lobby to carry luggage up to the room."
"The room i was in had an adjacent door to another room. They people in other room were loud and noisy at 1:30am. There should be a way to sound proof door when both rooms are occupied "
"The front desk was very polite and friendly! The Inn is quite small, but it is well decorated and very, very clean! Despite it being on the highway, it was not loud at all. I couldn't even hear any of the other guests. Within walking distance there are a few restaurants, including a diner and Starbucks. The rooms were very nicely decorated and had an elegant feel to them. "
"Comfortable stay , nice staff , plenty of parking , nice walkable neighborhood, nice breakfast spread , gym on sight , clean and if you want to go swimming in a awesome indoor pool with in ground jacuzzi they have a sister hotel named Simsbury Inn about 25 minutes away where you can attend free up until 10pm when it closes "
"Great hotel for business and leisure conveniently situated and quiet despite being on the major road in and out of town. Parking is plentiful, staff terrific and the bar is a hoot. Food is also very good for on the fly meals. "
