"Tava hotel is an affordable, minimalist hotel underneath the mountains. It was a perfect place to stay within walking distance of all the great things Manitou has to offer. The name Tava (Meaning Sun Mountain) comes from the Ute people who used the word for what we call Pikes Peak today. Located about 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods and surrounded by everything you need to refuel after adventuring in the mountains. I'll be staying here again next time!"

"when I booked I failed to mention my difficulties with stairs and upper levels. I travel alone and have respiratory difficulties. The staff was very helpful and friendly about changing my room to a lower level and closer to my parked car. thank you silver saddle staff. you made my stay perfect."
