"Nice little spot with great proximity to central Manitou for the Pikes Peak marathon weekend. Friendly staff, lots of hard-boiled eggs available at the breakfast buffet, incredible incredible view of Pikes Peak from my room!"

"Newest hotel in Cripple Creek, It has a nice roof (3rdfloor) top pool, and ample Sauna and Steam rooms. Rooms were typical for a new hotel. They do charge a resort fee which is somewhat annoying so be aware. Covered parking is free which is nice. The steakhouse in the hotel had great food but just ok service. They were understaffed and I'm sure finding competent staff for a fine dining restaurant isn't easy in Cripple Creek but if you are going to charge top dollar then I expect the service to be top tier."

The waffle making is relatively easy. No eggs or veggies Overall it’s in good location and takes about 20-30 minutes walk to downtown area"

"Our King room was clean and comfortable! Access was good! Meals at the casino were very good. Had fun at the Casino and drove downtown to enjoy Bronco Billy play also! Check in and out was good."

"It's in a beautiful place and has an old world look but is completely modern. We enjoyed walking to the pond and restaurants nearby and in the hills over the lodge. We want to come back and use it as a base for further eplorations."
