"The room seemed clean but windows were very hard to close at night and full of spider webs. The bed was very high so hard to climb into being we are 78 yrs old. There was no Kleenex tissues at all, the body lotion bottle I guess hadn't been used in a while because you could not pump anything out of the bottle. "My room door could be opened easily with a credit card or butter knife . I asked the front desk for another room they said there were no more available until I showed him video proof.
