Overall great experience. Great spa facilities. Great room and view. Helpful staff. Things to improve upon to elevate this hotel to greater levels would be the breakfast selection (limited for a 5 star hotel) and the gym (equipment were relatively lackluster compared to the rest of the spa facilities)

The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are good. The food in the restaurant at dinner was really bad and the price is crazy. Too bad. In short ….. an expensive price for a mediocre hotel.

Let me start with the positives. The staff, location, service and the views were really good. However, we paid 500 Euros per night for the junior suite the breakfast offered was below 2 star quality. It was probably the worst food I have been served. I am not sure how a hotel which makes you pay 500 Euros for a day cannot give you a decent meal. The rooms were super clean but still a bit on the small side. Value for money - there are far better properties I would consider and would not stay here again.

Allt var verkligen toppen. Alla i sällskapet var mycket nöjda. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Fin frukost. Rummen välstädade med frukt och choklad. Är det något som är utvecklingsbart är det kallbad på spa, det kunde jag sakna, men annars var spa avdelningen fräsch och fin. När vi skulle in till Cortina och äta fanns det transport dit och tillbaka.

Great hotel
We received an upgrade to a room in the renovated area of the hotel and it was great. The pool is oversize for mountain hotels. Service in the restaurant is friendly but could be improved.

Hotel bellissimo 4 stelle ma di categoria superiore. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un aperitivo di benvenuto ed un upgrade della nostra stanza. La junior suite era molto grande elegante e davvero confortevole. Il personale è super gentile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sulle escursioni ed i ristoranti locali. La spa è molto bella e grande abbiamo provato anche i massaggi che sono davvero un’esperienza piacevole. Il ristorante è buono e la colazione piacevole.

Cura per il dettaglio, senza eccessivi formalismi
La struttura è ben inserita nel contesto alpino, e pur essendo adiacente alla via principale è assolutamente tranquilla. Servizio attento ma non cerimonioso e fortunatamente privo di eccessivi formalismi, colazione di buon livello (peccato solo che i prodotti a base di uova siano a pagamento). Camere ben realizzate e con cura del dettaglio e arredamento che ti fa sentire subito a casa trasmettendoti il calore di una casa di montagna grazie ai materiali usarti. L'area Piscina/Spa/Relax è semplice ma ben curata, peccato per l'assenza di una vasca idromassaggio esterna (forse però potrebbe darsi che durante il nostro soggiorno semplicemente non funzionasse). Da migliorare vi sarebbe la palestra, purtroppo un po' scarna. 4 stelle ben meritate, con tutti i pregi di una struttura rinnovata di recente!

Lovely hotel with an amazing staff and a very nice breakfast. The spa was the also great at the end of a long day of hiking. Wifi within room could be improved (we didnt get much signal) Cleanliness was top notch

This hotel was amazing and blew all of my expectations away!! The breakfast was fabulous and we loved enjoying all of the amenities that the hotel had to offer!! We used the free shuttle service the entire time we were there until it was randomly "not available" on our last day there which was a Sunday. Besides that though, our trip was beyond amazing!

Excellent séjour
Très content de notre séjour. Tout était parfait... Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. Propreté impeccable que ce soit au Spa ou dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner et dîner excellent. L ensemble du personnel est très aimable et à l écoute de la clientèle. Nous avons été surclassé, et nous avons eu droit à un verre de bienvenue ainsi qu à des petits gâteaux dès notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.

Everything like new. Good food (both breakfast that was included and dinner that was separate). Pool outstanding. Visited in off season, so cannot judge for ski season.

Schönes Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Cortina
Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Cortina d'Ampezzo. Schilifte und Stadt nur mit Auto oder Shuttle erreichbar bzw 30 Minuten zu Fuss. Herrliches Dolomitenpanorama unmittelbar bei der Schisprungschanze Das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Suite wurde unkompliziert up-gegraded und war dann sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung und Zustand des Hauses und Spa's sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber eine grosse Renovierung ist für den Sommer geplant mit Wiedereröffnung im Winter als 5* Haus. Im Spa gutes Hamam und Sauna und exzellentes Massageservice. Kleiner Fitnessbereich Einzig der Preis des Abendessens scheint mit 50Euro pro Person auch für Hotelgäste doch etwas hoch! Ansogst insgesamt sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Cortina d'Ampezzo, bietet jedoch einen Shuttle-Bus zu bestimmten Zeiten an - problematisch ist nur, dass der Shuttle-Bus nicht fährt, wenn es schneit oder die Stadt etwas voller ist - was dort immer der Fall ist. Der erste Reinfall. Die Zimmer sind ok, etwas alt. Es zieht durch die geschlossenen Balkontüren, so dass es kalt ist. Der Spa-Bereich ist mit 2 Saunen etwas spärlich, der Ruheraum ist keiner, da die italineinsichen Gäste dort fröhliche Familienparties veranstalten. Saunahandtücher kosten 3,00€ extra. In den Pool darf man nur mit Badehaube, welche man für 3,5€ erwerben kann. Der größte Reinfall its das angebliche SPitzenrestaurant. Preise sind auf der Karte nicht zu finden, aber für 2 Personen ist man min bei 120€ dabei. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut, der Service dafür eine Katastrophe. Die Kellner können kein Englisch, räumen Tassen ab, obwohl man ein Kännchen mit Kaffe zu stehen hat, entreißen einem praktisch Teller wenn man noch isst. Simple Bestellungen wie Spiegeleiger zum Früstück kann man nur beim Ober aufgeben, der Rest der unzähligen Kellner ist dafür nicht berechtigt?!

Hotel molto ben curato, personale gentilissimo, bella spa, ristorante eccellente, nulla da eccepire. Ottimo.

Cortina in periodo di bassa stagione ...
Hotel buono, personale ok, pulizia camera non eccezionale, comfort mediocre a causa della temperatura troppo bassa in camera e anche soprattutto nella zona piscina della Spa. Colazione con poca scelta ed in particolare assenza totale di frutta, (spremuta di arancia solo a pagamento 6 eurini). Periodo di bassa stagione fine Novembre 2017, NON CONSIGLIATO, per chi vuole visitare Cortina, con quasi tutti i negozi chiusi per vacanze.(un mortorio ). Prezzi non adeguati eccessivamente alti nonostante il periodo. Unica attrattiva le piste da sci.
