"The run was very unkept the floors made my feet black. In the closet there were piles of dead roaches, in the sink before we even put our stuff down in the bathroom there was hair shavings everywhere. There was rust on the showerhead and drains. The room had a very foul smell. It smelled like someone’s dirty clothes was all over the room at some point. Period other than that, the staff was very friendly very accommodating, but it was extremely uncomfortable. I’m really glad that I brought my own comforter to sleep on and had sandals."

"The pool wasn’t heated the first day we were there which sucked cause that’s why we like to stay there and the air conditioner in our room was broken for the first 2 days and dripped water everywhere and soaked the whole floor on that side of the bed.
