"Floors dirty and peeling up in livingroom and bedroom, roaches in the kitchen. Went to warm a roll and roaches in the microwave. Listing says non-smoking but you can smell the smoke. Grungy, yucky rooms."

"Hotel... well... It was clean. But. NO PARKING!!!!! Even though it stated in the hotel description "Free Self Parking", that was lie.not only that there was no free park8mg. But there was NO PARKING AT ALL!!!! Nowhere in site. We drowe for an hour and a half ALL around the even wide area. NOTHING!!!! Supper Frustrating. So we had to park ilegally. Also... No pool and no.play area for kids despite it being a documented ammenitie. Room.was clean. But there was only one bath towel and one hand...

"We travelled with my family and my sister’s family, and we were warmly welcomed from the very first day. All the staff work incredibly hard to make every guest feel satisfied. From the lobby to the restaurants, pools, lifeguards, and housekeeping, we were well taken care of, and they always made sure we felt comfortable. They were very warm and wonderful with the children as well. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. I want to especially thank Ms. Cece, Mr. Zin, Mr. Pasha, Mr. Ans and all...
