Excellent location right on the airport Metro line. Convenient to catch the train to and from the airport. Great for our over night stay before an early morning flight. The room was very clean, but on the small side. Extremely comfortable bed.

I stayed in the hotel twice. The first time, the room allocated was terrible. Table in terrible condition. Fomica is peeling and cutting into your arm when you are sitting on the stable. Reported to the staff who asked to email the hotel management. I did as requested but no acknowledgment.

Terrible condition of furniture

I stayed in your hotel on 2 June 2025 to 3 June 2025. And again now for 2 nights since 9 June 2025 to 11 June 2025. When I checkin on 2 June 2025, I was shocked to find the condition of the room. When I arrived yesterday, I show it to the gentlemen at reception. He suggested I see a Manager today, which I did. I arrived at the counter to ask for a Manager but there was no one around at the counter until Mario, a receptionist showed up a few minutes later. I asked for a Manager and he told me under no uncertain terms there is no Manager in the hotel. Until tomorrow. I then asked for a Supervisor. He said he is the supervisor and if I could tell him what the reason. I repeatedly asked for a Manager as I was perplexed that for a hotel this size, there is no Manager on the premises at 12noon. He told me again, under no uncertain terms there is no Manager in the hotel until tomorrow. I mentioned to him if he would rather I escalate it on social media. He repeated again, sent the email. I then came back 15 minutes later and spoke to Flo. She took my number in my booking and promised me she will ask a Manager to call me on WhatsApp only. I’m as deeply disappointed that I am unable to speak to a Manager and the hotel would rather I escalate it on Social Media.

Wir waren zufrieden jedoch würde ich es vermutlich nicht noch einmal buchen. Es fehlen am Bett Ablageflächen, der Teppich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist nett jedoch nicht sonderlich motiviert Herausforderungen zu beseitigen. Der Fitnessraum ist vorhanden, sogar vielseitig ausgestattet, jedoch sind die Geräte alle nicht nutzbar, wenn Strom dafür notwendig ist. Der Pool ist ok, es lässt sich darin gut verweilen. Er hat zwei Zonen und ist gut geheizt. Die Duschen bei den Damen sind jedoch nicht nutzbar, diese sind total verkalkt und es kommt ausschließlich kaltes Wasser. Das macht keinen Spaß.
