Best Western was so helpful, keeping us in the same room and helping me change dates. We always stay here in WBL and always will. Great staff at Rudy’s too with our numerous large group dinners. Highly recommend Hotel and restaurants! "

"Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area."
"Best hotel we've stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and supplied with essentials like towels and even free bottles of water. Breakfast was great, with hot eggs and sausages and plenty of room to sit and eat. We plan to return there whenever we're in the vicinity.
