"The room was so small, we barely had room to walk. The location is downtown, so it was noisy and they do not have a parking lot. You either have to pay for valet or pay for parking at the parking meters. Speaking of valet parking, we were charged twice for valet parking when we did not use it at all. Please review receipt to make sure there are no additional charges. Also, one of the staff was rude when we mentioned the valet charges. There was no microwave in the room. We booked the queen size room. The shower is nice and that is the only thing nice I can say about the room. Will we be returning in the future? No!! It was not for us and what we are used to when staying at a hotel. But try it for yourself. You may have a different experience. "

"The address on goggle has the wrong street entrance, it’s confusing for people coming in out of town The staff was very nice and welcoming The lady that worked the kitchen on the morning of Tuesday the 31 of March was extremely pleasant and made breakfast a pleasure to eat, more hotels need a server like her who appears to love her job and the people she serves.
