"The hotel was generally good, with a quiet and convenient location and easy access to the domestic airport. The bed was comfortable, and overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. However, the check-in experience was frustrating. I had paid for parking, but this had not been registered in the hotel’s system, so I had to email the confirmation. I had also booked a two-bedroom room but was initially given a studio instead. Although I was eventually moved to the correct room, one of the bedrooms was locked, and it took another hour and a half after check-in for someone to come and unlock it. After a long journey, I was tired and disappointed to have to spend so much time sorting out these issues. A smoother check-in process and better room preparation would have made a big difference to my stay."
