"I was actually surprised with how clean and maintained this hotel was after having had so many weird & unpleasant surprises show up in previous places no matter how good the reviews were. It looked like it recently renovated or updated and it was very clean.i normally wake up with bad sinus issues from lack of filter changes and dirty ac units in hotels ,but for the first time- that was not the case at all here. The staff was so friendly and pleasant . They also did not miss a beat cleaning. They were even powerwashing the sidewalks and cleaning the hallways during our stay. I did think it was strange to not have free continental breakfast ,but in this economy- I understand businesses making cuts. I would definitely stay here again."

"If you looked under the bed near the headboards this area of the rugs def hasn’t been vacuumed, even found some type of medication which I didn’t touch-also some stains visible on the bedskirt -bed was kinda hard and slightly uncomfortable but the room was very spacious and the front desk manager was super super nice -would stay again but would hope it was a tad cleaner"

"Breakfast was the standard complimentary. The room wasn't cleaned upon check-in, resulting in me being moved to 3 different rooms within 24 hours. Furniture and carpet were outdated, rooms had a murky odor, curtains were ripped and the stop and go mart within the lobby was overly priced! Parking states After bringing my concerns to the management, Judy (during my stay) was exceptionally professional and complimentary. She handled all of the issues addressed expeditiously. The front staff was very helpful and pleasant as well."

"The hotel itself was great, but I am still fighting a double charge for the room. Hotel.com arranged and charged for the room and after checking out the hotels itself keeps charging my card I used for incidentals for the room and not just for the parking I paid for. Three times now I have had to contact the hotel for them to refund the room cost only to have to call again because they credited the room cost back and then charged it again. I have spoken directly to hotel staff and this keeps happening!"
