When I arrived my card was charged, as I expected for the full payment. My acct reflected the payment and the staff advised it was declined. While on the phone with my bank, my bank explained the hotel ran my card 3 more times while we were on the phone. When I asked the staff they denied this. The manager and the staff weren’t very helpful and it was scary because I thought I wasn’t going to have anywhere to stay. Only after my persistence, they called corporate who was able to see the transaction was successful. When I checked out the same staff went to check me out he requested payment again! I then explained the situation, even though he was present. He provided a receipt and upon leaving my bank notified me the hotel attempted to run my run my card after checking twice.
