Rooms were clean, but elevator was out of order which is beyond staff control but ended up having long wait times at busy times. Didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that.

The room was very comfortable, hotel staff were nice, location was perfect- close to the Christmas markets, museums, lots of shopping, and the Cathedral.
