"Very clean and polite on reception. I stayed in a disabled room. The main issue was the bathroom, no mirror, no storage or shelf space for toiletries. Walls paper thin so you could hear word for word what the neighbouring room were saying. Doors banged for quite a while. "

"Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. "

"We booked a “deluxe double room” last minute after a long flight, too tired to drive home and just needing a restful night. The room was freezing cold, radiator turned off and window open not ideal on a cold February evening! The window didn’t close properly and the radiator made a loud humming noise. The bed was really lumpy, towels extremely old and the room itself tired and far from “deluxe” We were disturbed by noise from the room below until I got up and complained at 4am to the night manager. The breakfast was surprisingly good but this is definitely a place to AVOID"
