"Absolutely loved this Hotel. Walking distance to the train and bus station. There was a free shuttle a cross the train station that would take you to the city center.
Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety including different juices and fruits.
The ladies that worked at the hotel were amazing. I got sick and needed to be seen at an urgent care. They called and made an appointment for me and told me where the pharmacy was to get my prescriptions.
Air conditioning was quiet and bed is very comfortable. Decorations at the hotel are very cheerful and rooms are extremely clean."
"On the whole, we were very happy with our stay here. However, there was one issue that caused us a problem in our apartment (306). Sometimes, there was a strong smell of sewerage on the upper floors but at other times it was ok. We couldn't work out if it was the drains or the air con. This was reported twice to reception and was acted upon both times but was never fully resolved."
"La ducha estaba mala, se cambió a otro dispositivo.
La persona de limpieza es poco cuidadosa, botó todos mis productos faciales, los encontré volcados y sin tapa."
"There are two tales here. The night staff is just ok and the day one is super friendly, so no complains about the staff in general. However, the hotel feels dirty and is ugly. A lot of the equipment doesnt feel of good quality, and the rooms have installations that feel from the communist era in Eastern Europe. That's not good, cause they are asking more than the price of 4stars hotels in other places in Western Europe. Heck, this stop of the itinerary was more expensive than one in a 5stars hotel we had. It is a shame that they have a historic house that they use for publicity, because nobody is actually staying there."
"The room was clean and stand was very helpful and had a great attitude.
I spent 1 night with my sister and a friend.
The only inconvenient was that there is no air condition at this time of the year."
"very clean room and wonderful staff!! Great access to town and walking distance from station. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Colmar."
