"I had a difficult time getting and staying asleep due to a constant loud noise which either is from a rooftop HVAC unit or something internally in the building. I was so looking forward to a wonderful experience but this definitely impacted my stay. They really need to get this constant noise resolved"

"Beautiful property and walking distance to great bars and restaurants in Collingwood. The wine bar located in the hotel is very convenient and has great snacks and drinks when you want to unwind between activities."

"Hotel very dark and dingy, bad musty smell in the room. No provisions for anyone who has trouble walking or using a walker. Handicap parking spot leads to a walkway that doesn't have a ramp, other door has a raised lip that you can't get over either. Door opening to the bathroom isn't wide enough either. Poor design and not laid out well. If you are looking for a comfortable night stay go across the street to the Comfort Inn , The Luxury Inn overcharges and a couple people staying in the room...

"The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, well -considered for our families. During the time of our stay, it was being renovated, so the rooms were much improved. Was well planned for construction, nonetheless came with some dust and detours. Surely it will be beautiful this summer. The gym is a bit dated and small pool and hot tub are great. Parking underground is very convenient."

"Unfortunately, this hotel room was not worth the price paid. The room was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with carpets that appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. There were visible stains on the sheets, which was both disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. For the rate charged, I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping and overall room maintenance. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness of the rooms."
