"We liked our stay - except for the pillows in the room. They were too puffy and thick. It would be nice to have multiple types/sizes of pillows. We like flatter/thinner pillows and these were too big and thick/high as they hurt the neck. We had to use a towel as a pillow. Everything else was wonderful!"

"We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was.
