"Plus side: clean room, very good staff support, excellent breakfast; negative: no coffee pot; two usb charge points, neither worked, and hidden under a shelf with electric outlets (almost impossible to find); a clock radio that was supposed to be automatic, but automatically gave the wrong time and could not be set properly; deciphering how to use the tv was hopeless - the channels are organized by company (CBC, CTV, etc);, but good luck finding them; the auto setting is for the in-house...

"Suite was wonderful! Everything we needed…and then some. Bed was really comfortable! Pool was great, but it would have been nice if there had been frequent check-ins by staff to ensure rules were being followed. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and a nice atmosphere. Restaurant was excellent, too. Food was delicious. We’ll be back!"

"The Hotel has a noise issue with its air conditioning and air ducts that make a horrible loud noise all the time. They have ear plugs that are offered to the customers but some of the staff will pretend that there is no noise or complaints about it until asked to come and listen to the noise in the room. The noice is ongoing 24/7 and it is horrible. Will not recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel has a lovely lobby. The staff is also special. But I felt very claustrophobic in my room. It was very small and the view from my window was of a brick wall several feet away. I stayed for two nights. For the full day I was there I left at 8 AM in the morning fulling expecting the room to have been cleaned by the time I returned at 4:30 PM. It wasn't. The front desk said they would get someone in there to clean but I couldn't return until almost 6 PM. This was very upsetting. I wanted...

"Halifax Marriott Harbourfront is a very nice place to stay: well accessible to plenty of Must See attractions in Halifax the place is clean, safe, and beautifully located. The staff are topnotch, courteous, and treat their guest as a dignified human being. The food is delicious,good good quality, easy access to delicious good-tasting water. Almost every afternoon, a delicious snacks is shared with guests. The place is honey 🍯 Keep up the EXCELLENT JOB that I can rely on a Marriott!!!"
