"I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. "Excellent overnight stay. Our room was much bigger and quieter than expected after reading some reviews. Main area had a comfy double bed with plenty of space around it, bedside units, long dressing table and large tv. There was a big dressing area with clothes storage and then a good size bathroom. "Plenty of parking which is free at the weekend so we were told at check in. Bar area nice & service was quick. Went down to see the pool/gym & staff just looked at us when we said we’d come for a look. We couldn’t access either due to barriers but staff continued with their conversation rather than see if they could help us out.
