"Check in/out time on Hotels.com is 3pm/1pm. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and were told that check in was at 3 and they didn’t make any effort to get us in early. Fine, we get it. "Really excellent place. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the connected cafe, Living Café, is wonderful and also staffed with a bunch of friendly people. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have a working desk in the room. That being said, they have a nice work area for guests."
