"The room keys didn't work right away but the problem was remedied after I hobbled around the building on a broken ankle to get help. The room needed a good sweeping around the beds and in the bathroom (dead bugs, etc.). I did not like the policy of not being able to take breakfast back to our room. Although I understand that in this day and age people take food to feed non-customers (illegals), legitimate customers should still be able to do so. Sometimes it it more convenient or even necessary to do so. If you advertise it, we should not be limited to it within the advertised hours."
