"They stressed no smoking and locking up when leaving the property. The house had open doors when we arrived and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. We left a day before we had to and had to wash/dry clean all our clothes. We had to contact Derrick because the “keyless” locking system had not been programmed. We had to use the “master”number. "Wonderful stay! Very clean overall & well-appointed kitchen! Nice porch & back yard seating area. Beds were comfy. Cute neighborhood. If you can handle sharing a bathroom it was fine for a family stay. The bathroom & master bedroom are on the main floor which was nice for my elderly mom. Bring your own coffee! A miscommunication led me to believe that complimentary coffee was provided, but it wasn’t. Only one small pouch of regular coffee was provided, (& 1 decaf) - maybe enough for two...
