"Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!"

"The staff is what made this hotel great. Also the shower head..lol. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes away from the Colosseum, Spanish steps and shopping but the subway is not far from hotel so getting around was great. The hotel is it self is neat and basic."

"Incrível hospedagem em Roma, num bairro muito tranquilo e cheio de opções. A Ilaria nos recebeu incrivelmente bem com todas as dicas e instruções, mesmo sendo uma estadia curta. O apartamento é impecável e parece que acabou de ser reformado, tudo muito novo e bem conservado. Sem dúvidas ficaremos na hospedagem quando voltarmos a Roma."

"First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not...
