My only complaint was the washing machine was broken the whole week but they were very kind about it and tried to help as my CV as possible with accommodating our laundry with other solutions.

OZ Hotel Collection
The staff at the front desk was not friendly or helpful really, however in contrast the pool staff was amazing! The hotel was great in itself, very new and modern, along with a great breakfast buffet.
