We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. "Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!"

Now, you are on a Main Street so it can get loud if you’re not used to it, but it did not bother me or my partner. They also supply ear plugs! I would love to come back the next time I am in Lucca. "This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary."

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"
