Thank you for the review David. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not quite meet what you were expecting. Most of our rooms within the hotel do differ from each other. Also our hotel can be fully accessible for people that have mobility issues with an accessible entrance and a lift throughout the building.We do hope to see you again.

I will ensure your comments are passed onto the relevant departments to ensure we are able to make improvements for our guests. I'm so pleased your found our staff polite and friendly, however, I am sorry to hear that had trouble requesting ice, this is simply not the level of service we usually provide and ice should always be readily available for our guests which I must say isn't usually a problem at all. We also offer a trolley service in the evening that come around with ice and lemon so I’d to read that we missed you. Sincere apologies you found the room layout poor and the room warm. We are looking to get air-conditioning fitted which should eliminate this problem. We also have accessible rooms available to book for guests who require them and we will always provide slips mats, steps and anything else to accommodate our guests needs so I'm really sorry if this was not made aware to you during your stay. With regards to the dirty glasses, this is not acceptable and as mentioned this will be addressed and we will certainly look into how we can better light our garden at night. We profusely apologise for our shortcomings. We do take all our guests comments seriously and we will do something to address them.
