Single Night Stay
The Lodge room was fantastic - spacious and clean. The bathroom is superb with a large tub. Breakfast was beautiful also with very friendly service, all highly recommended!

Made my visit to the town even better.
Needed somewhere to stay to attend a festival. Really glad I choose this place to stay. A little to my surprise, it was a 10min walk to the venue. Clean and tidy throughout. Had a delicious full english breakfast each morning, and pot of lovely tea. Staff were very friendly, and eager to help. My single was small, but all you really need, a bed, a shower, somewhere to put your clothes was there. Bed was comfortable, surroundings nice and quiet. Would happily stay there again.

Not as good, as when we previously stayed.
The Room was comfortable, however, when I phoned to say we would be arriving 20minutes, earlier than we originally said. The lady/owner, couldn't put the phone down quick enough! So we were only given minimal information. And we had to find the Room, ourselves, which wasn't very helpful. The waitress, at Breakfast, was quite abrupt.

Very nice boutique B&B
Really nice B&B. Room very modern & clean. Nice quiet location, but shops, restaurants & beach all within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing - one of the best hotel breakfast dining experiences I’ve ever had!! Staff really helpful, polite & just really nice people :)

Fabulous!
Fabulous stay at this immaculate guest house! Breakfast was first class too! Our only problem was the road noise but this is mainly because we live in the middle of nowhere and are not used to it! Would thoroughly recommend!

Cracking Little Guest House. A No Brainer
What a lovely place, very friendly and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was probably the best I have had in nearly 30yrs of business trips. All the ingredients were locally sourced and immaculately presented. I will definitely go back when revisiting Bournemouth. Nigel, Room 5 :)

The hotel was extremely clean in the current covid-19 situation but is situated on a busy noisy road. The room was compact with limited space to get into the bathroom. The usual cooked breakfast could not be supplied but we had croissants, jam, fruit, yoghurt and juice instead in a ‘bag to go’

Lovely stay!
We had a great stay at Grovesnor for a weekend getaway. Well stocked breakfast bag as an alternative due to current Covid safety requirements. Room was quiet with fan provided. Really friendly people who manage the property, will happily reccommend to friends and family.

Cosy and comfortable
A good base if touring the local area. Situated on a busy main road but our room was at the rear so no traffic noise, short walk to town centre, harbour and quay. 30 minute walk to Southbourne, lovely beach. Goid selection of places to eat and drink.

The room was very small as was the breakfast area however the breakfast was freshly cooked and other options available. I would just say it was fairly expensive for the size of the room and no where else to sit say a lounge area downstairs that's all.

Lovely, would stay again.
Bathroom could do with a little attention (e.g. chipped mirror corner) and 3/4-size shower cubicle was somewhat tight for the bigger man. Otherwise, the room was comparable with larger chain hotels (coffee pod machine plus standard tea and sachet coffee, desk, TV, comfy bed and pillows, toiletries, etc.). Walls are a little on the thin side (not sure if the baby crying kept waking me up, or if my snoring was waking the baby ...?!). WiFi worked well for messages / sending photos, but I wasn't working so no idea how good it is if you have reports and such to attend to on your laptop. Breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. Dining room was on the small side and couldn't get to all items on the buffet as another guest had his chair pushed back and wasn't going to move for anyone. Fresh cafetiere coffee was nice. Parking is very limited and you could get blocked in, but the owners do their best to manage this. Overall, very happy for a one-nighter and would use again. PS. If you like proper beer and cider, go to the Saxon Bar, about a 7-8 minute walk towards the town centre. Decent curry house next door too.
