Upon our arrival we were greeted with friendly and warming hospitality. Check in went very smooth. It has undercover secured parking for us to parked our car free of charge. Location were great as there is Woolworths and fitness centre nearby.The room was super clean and also the bathroom. Highly recommend to stay here when your are visiting Christchurch

Difficult to access the parking area as it’s in an alley behind the hotel Birinda gave us great service Better signage on Yaldhurst Road is supposedly in the works Look for the Horse & Jockey , The Alpine door is adjacent to this business

The car parking is unusual & front entrance is hard to find if a lone driver. It does not have the exterior appearance of a motel. Room was ver clean & comfortable & felt safe for a solo traveller woman

Very good room (the first room allocated smelt of cigarette smoke but easy move to another room when requested). Getting the car into the car park was a little convoluted but straightforward once familiar with it.

Unusual location sitting over a bar, but it was clean inside and quiet with our room off the main street. Didnt hear a lot of noise either from downstairs or off the street. Garage entrance area is behind shops (mostly eating) and not the best look but we had no issues.

There is a 2 metres by 2 metres outdoor area with no view. The receptionist is also the staff who cleans up the room. Although the hotel offer luggage storage facility, I was asked to collect my luggage before 1:30pm on my departure date. It was so inconvenient as my flight was after 6pm. Generally speaker, it is a nice hotel in the area.
