"Trail at the hotel to see the Piton is wonderful and the property grounds are very nice and relaxing. The room was nice and clean and had a cool outdoor shower. However the pool area isn’t well kept, the front desk staff is semi friendly depending on who you get and the food selection isn’t great. The waitress’s are extremely nice and sweet! "Hotel was lovely, and staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed at the end of season and it was very quiet and maybe this is the reason it lacked atmosphere. Lots of maintenance happening while we were there as they were gearing up for a busy week with the jazz festival. The hotel is a short walk from the marina with several dining options there (needed as the choices at the hotel were very limited) but otherwise not much is within walking distance.
