"Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the room and only worked well in hotel reception. There was also no mobile signal in the area. To get there we had to drive through 87 speed bumps.
Everything else was great. Hotel staff were very friendly."

"Very rural area of Guatemala, but inside the hotel the area is quite comfortable. Had some stains on our bedding but not dirty. Wasn't aware we would not have hot water, but otherwise our stay was nice and relaxing."
