"The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast had enough choice for me.
The beer garden was quiet after 11 and I had no problem sleeping.
I have stayed here before and will return again. Thank you."
"Room was a bit small but adequate. Everything was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable.Pub was comfortable, staff was efficient and pleasant, Food was good but the food service was agonizingly slow."
"Amazing air conditioning!
Nice restaurant although would be nice to have more choice and it was very hot in there.
Lovely bedroom and comfortable bed"
"The bed was super comfy and a king size. Towels were fluffy and big. Room was hot but it was the time of the heatwave and a fan was already in the room so all good. The breakfast was delicious and loads of it. The staff were also great, particularly Jimmy who showed us to our room, he served us a pint and said that if it was not up to standard, to let him know and he’d change it! All great customer service, all round from everyone at the Nags Head - well done all!"
"Best breakfast we've had in a long time, poached eggs were perfection. Lots of other lovely touches that made it really outstanding - yoghurt pots, lots of pastries, pear juice as an option, brownies and flapjacks, fresh fruit salad. Simply divine. Our room had everything we needed and more. We walked down to the beach for a swim before breakfast, so lovely. Book now!"
"The Cottage is a perfect place to stay when you don't want to do a long drive back home after some excellent culture at The Chichester Festival Theatre. Easy walking distance to the theatre (just under a mile). Full English breakfast is worth the few extra quid!"
"This Inn is an old building and we appreciate that it is difficult to keep clean, but a more thorough dusting of the bedrooms at least would not go amiss.
The bathroom facilities were a bit cramped and tired.
The full breakfasts were fine, but the evening meal choices, and quality, were ok but not inspiring.
The free car park was adequate for the number of rooms, but could be overwhelmed if a function was being held. Other car parks are available nearby.
The location could hardly be bettered, very near the town; the cathedral; and the attractive Bishop's Palace Gardens.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A satisfactory place for a short stay in Chichester."
