Hello Joshua,Thank you for your recent stay with us at the Hyatt HouseOak Brook. I can imagine your frusration when you found that your comforter had dried blood stains on it. I would be extremely frustrated with that too and I am embarassed that those sheets put on your bed and that team did not assist you at all it sounds like. I want to assure you this is not a common occurance at our, we strive to have absolute cleanliness. I sincerely apologize that you were not help that night and that the same sheets got put back on your bed. We will take this feedback serious and we will having conversation and training opportunity with the housekeeper and the front desk clerk. We do hope in the future you give us another shot to rectify this situation.
