"This hotel was pretty great overall. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. They even have a nice 24 hour café on the first floor that is very popular. I would definitely stay here again."

"There was no lift, and they didn’t provide in-room slippers or toiletries, but the room had a small balcony with a small drying rack, which was very convenient. They provides free-flow coffee and drinking water. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, so we enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s location also made it easy to rent a car.”"

"This was a beautiful resort but what makes It so exceptional are the kind and caring staff. The location is about 10 mins away from city area or about a 30 min walk which wasn’t bad. It’s safe so you can explore how you like It! I will def stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai no hesitations. "

"Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."

"Everything about this place is fantastic. The grounds and rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort."
"Kantary Hills is a very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. We were given an upgrade to a huge suite, which was generous and unexpected. The service all around was great. The one thing to know is that it's on the departure path of the airport, so it can be quite noisy during the day. It seems between 10pm and 8am or so there are no flights, though."
