First of all we have to say thank you that you stay with us but as The covid 19 period then as the swimming pool can not open as we have to follow the law. And the guest need to wear the mask. We have to apologize as we have to follow the rule.

Thank you so much for taking your time out to provide your feedback. We assure you that we are constantly trying to improve the service. Please note this is a condominium and not hotel and we send you all information after you booked and we also have information in the room how to contact us as we have office very near. All our big rooms have washing machine but if you book our 1 bedrooms then there is laundry service very near from only 30 baht per kilo (very cheap). We promise that your feedback will be taken into consideration and used to improve the standard of hospitality that we provide to our guests.

Thank you for your Review. Issues with drainage and bathroom have been fixed. Onsite reception is being considered by management as one of our improvement to the property. Despite that we can always be reached on phone or our mail box. We could have provided with information on where and what to see but apparently that did not happen. Maybe next time as I definitely look forward to hosting you again. Regards
