Our stay at Cheltenham chase hotel was fantastic. Staff were so helpful, rooms were perfect and clean. We had an amazing stay the perfect spot for sightseeing in this area.

Lovely hotel . Very comfortable bed . The room was excellent . Breakfast in the morning was also very good, with lots of options . The gym which is available 24 hrs a day was very well equipped and so handy being open all day and night . The swimming pool was also very clean and an ideal start to the day. Hotel is fine for a short stay, the breakfast was poor, limited options, some food and drink ran out early. Coffee machine broken and long waits to get a drink. Hot food was dry and over held. Otherwise it’s fine for what it is. Long wait to check in and out and people complaining about mis charges to their room bill, this was not a problem for us on this stay.

Used the bus. I was looking out for delta marriot as on all correspondance. The bus calls it the chase hotel. I did not realise this was the same and went a mile. down the road. I waited for the cold for half an hour . The chase is in small letters outside and not on my prints outs of the booking.this needs sorting.
