The staff were incredibly good and helpful, and the room was absolutely spotless. Lovely amenities within the room - Nespresso machine, fridge for personal use, wine/champagne glasses, bedside lavender sleep oil!
I would say the best hotel stay I have ever had. Fantastic location, very central but didn't feel too busy or touristy. The hotel itself is lovely - amazing grand foyer, which as architects we appreciated very much!

"We had a lovely 6 night stay in the NH Collection Berlin Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie. It is in the perfect location, close to the underground and top tourist sites. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was well equipped with all necessary toiletries. Free WiFi was available throughout the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great time here and would definitely stay here again."

"Very comfortable stay. Not quite in the heart of the action but well connected to the rest of the city. Room was clean and comfortable, WiFi was good, staff was friendly. "
"We had a very nice stay to site see before flying out. The location was excellent. It is just a block from the main train station. The beds were on the firm side…so personal preference not to my taste. Would prefer a top sheet rather than a heavy comforter. To their credit they delivered extra pillows almost immediately upon request. Room was very quiet. Bathroom was well appointed with eco friendly soap, shampoo, etc. The shower was extremely slippery but spacious. Elevators (4 of them) were very speedy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We noticed afternoons are very busy. They have computers for easy check in but the two people we noticed trying to use them had difficulty and ended up in line. Not sure why.
The other advantage to staying there is it is close to several points of interest and the Hop on Hop off bus stop is just across the street. The train is also a 3 hour ride from Kiel if cruising (2 trains daily are direct) FEX train is 1/2 hour to the airport cost is under €10 for 2 adults. "
