Déception des services qui gâchent l’apparence +

Sur un lit de 180 on avait une couette d’une personne dans le sens de la largeur et une à dispo identique dans le placard. Nous avons eu froid toute la nuit car les couettes ne correspondaient pas ; de plus l’abattant des WC était complètement cassé et dès l’assise, très désagréable. 1 ampoule grillée ds SdB et 1 aussi en tête de lit. 😫

C'est honteux !!! Les notes, le classement et le prix ne sont pas la hauteur de la prestation. L'hôtel nest pas du tout entretenu de facon général, la vegetation deborde des allées, la pelouse nest pas taillée; la salle de bain n'est pas nettoyée avec soin, les toilettes et la douche sont remplies de traces de moisissures de non entretien, meme constat pour les joints qui se décollent; l'écologie ne fait pas parti prenante des intérêts de l'hôtelier malgre les écriteaux, le flexible de douche fuit tout comme le wc mais lui continuellement empechant de dormir; le menage de la chambre nest pas soigné, il y a des petites betes sèches et mortes dans chaque coin de la chambres; la literie nest pas du tout confortable, mauvaise literie et il y a du sang sur les draps; cote petit dej, les produits ne sont pas de qualité, peu de produits frais, la machine a café n'est pas nettoyée quotidiennement. Bref, honteux.

Nous avons pris 2 chambres, toutes deux extrêmement sales, odeurs de moisissures. Robinetterie défaillante. Literie très très inconfortable. Insonorisation des murs inexistante: nous n'avons quasi pas dormi de la nuit victimes des ébats bruyants de nos voisins.

Hôtel à fuir , n’y aller sous aucun prétexte

À notre arrivée à l’hôtel. On Nous a attribué une chambre qui n’était pas nettoyée. Le sol et la douche n’étaient pas nettoyés, les toiles d’araignée apparentes. De la boue sur le sol de la chambre. Hôtels.com a tenté plusieurs de joindre l hôtel et les personnes à l’accueil n’ont pas voulu donner suite. Après une heure d’attente, nous avons finis par accepter dans la chambre car nous n’avions aucune autre solution. Mais le service client hôtels.com a essayé de nous aider mais l’hôtel n’a pas été coopératif. La chambre était dégradée et vielle … bref a fuir
