If you’re looking for nightlife, this is probably not the place for you.😉 this is wine country and there are vineyards everywhere. We had an absolutely delightful time and will do it again"

However we got to bed just before midnight and were then evacuated at 2am due to nearby forest fires. So we didn’t get the full experience. However in our haste to evacuate under orders from the authorities we left items of clothing in our room. Hotel staff were so helpful in helping to organise it being posted to our home...

Ein absoluter Traum! Da wir in einer Hitzephase da waren, wollen wir auch lobend die leise und tüchtige Klimaanlage erwähnen, ohne die man es nicht ausgehalten hätte. "Nice hotel. Convinient. For us, as we were on a roadtrip, it was great that ir had plenty of safe parking, was close to the motorway and had some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and comfortable and had all we needed. I did find having a code to enter my room strange but it was fine."

"The room was not clean when I arrived. There were many flies, mosquitoes and ants. I got 5-7 bites on my arm after one night of sleeping there that were suspected bed bugs. The workers at the front desk tried to convince me they were mosquito bites, but did end up moving me to a new room. The dining on site is convenient but the food was often left uncovered meaning flies were often roaming and landing on food. The staff was friendly overall but would probably not stay here again."

"Beautiful château! The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. The grounds surrounding the château are stunning, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. We saw a hare and lots of birds, which made the setting even more special. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but everything was delicious and of excellent quality. Honestly, I didn't want to go anywhere else—I just wanted to stay at the château and enjoy the peace and tranquility."

"The property looks like a classic Chateau from the outside but is finished miserably on the inside. If you like shag carpet in hallways, polyester velvet contemporary chairs, uninspired decorations, and strong smells from cleaning chemicals and paint then this might be the place for you. Otherwise keep looking. Staff was ok during our limited interaction, but did a poor job of communicating after we decided to move on."
