"My family had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The condition of the property did not match the photos advertised online at all. The hotel appeared run-down, and there was a serious issue with cleanliness, including a roach infestation. We also felt uncomfortable due to the environment around the property, with what seemed like ongoing disturbances and concerning activity nearby. The staff was unprofessional and difficult to work with. One major issue was their payment policy—they would not accept certain cards (specifically ones with lock/unlock features), and if you couldn’t provide an acceptable card, they required a $60 cash deposit. Another serious concern was that housekeeping entered our room without permission and changed out towels, which raised privacy and safety concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has had. I would not recommend staying here."

"The backyard view was beautiful! Unfortunately the room was musty smelling and I had asthma. Just was an old cinder block building. The lights needs to be improved. Just an old place but staff was friendly and helpful. The grab and go was quite unhealthy. There were no creamers for coffee and tea - just gross Coffee Mate flavors"
