"There are many stairs, reception is on the 4th floor. There is a very small, very old, rickety elevator that we heard water running through it during the rain one night, and then it was closed. Though there is key access to the building and all the floors, there is still unwanted people in the building. Parking- we asked for the parking pass, but could not find it the first night and the second could not safely get our car into the area (very small alley), scratching the rental car was not worth it. When my husband asked for help, the man at the desk did help, but was rude and reluctant. In the end, I paid 50euros for something I did not use. Other staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, and our room worked well for us."

"Zimmer & Komfort Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, allerdings ist der Grundriss etwas unvorteilhaft gestaltet. Die Betten waren zwar bequem, aber die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirkten alt und abgenutzt – diese sollten dringend erneuert werden. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt im Bad: Es wäre schön, wenn Bodylotion zu den bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukten gehören würde. Service & Personal Hier gibt es den größten Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Housekeeping war wenig aufmerksam (einige Handtücher wurden beim Wechseln schlichtweg vergessen). Der größte Schwachpunkt war jedoch die Rezeption: Das Personal war sehr unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Mir fiel auf, dass die männlichen Kollegen etwas professioneller waren als die weiblichen. Lage & Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig an mehreren Knotenpunkten gelegen, was je nach Reiseziel sehr praktisch ist. Was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht: Sauberkeit und allgemeine Instandhaltung sind in Ordnung, aber für den gebotenen Service und die Ausstattung ist das Hotel ein bischen zu teuer."
